Omni-Lite has 35 multi-die progressive manufacturing systems, both hot and cold forming technologies. Our experienced team utilizes networked systems with proprietary embedded sensors to manage production.

We will tool-up for prototype runs and test for manufacturability, then scale-up to moderate or large-scale runs to meet customer demand.

Our total capacity is now approximately 750 million parts per year.
